    摘要:

    为研究上海市架空线入地与旧改相结合的设计方法,从具体地段的角度出发探讨其可行性;提出统筹规划、利益相关者平衡、技术标准以及市民介入的整体方案,以期获得最佳综合效益。在GIS(geographic information system)平台和数字化辅助的基础上,致力于入地建设和城市发展的一体化,并对其进行研究和模拟。结果表明:将架空线列入城市更新项目,在提升公共空间品质的同时解决地下管线使用及绿化恢复的问题。一体化的设计思路促进多方参与和技术支持,进而提升项目实施率以及公众的可接受程度,为我国其他城市及面临相同困境的城市提供借鉴思路。

    Abstract:

    To study the design method of combining overhead line undergrounding with old area renovation in Shanghai, its feasibility is discussed from the perspective of specific areas. An overall scheme integrating the comprehensive planning, stakeholder balance, technical standards and citizen intervention is proposed to achieve the best overall benefits. Based on the GIS platform and digital assistance, the integration of underground construction and urban development are committed, and its research and simulation are conducted. The results show that the overhead lines are listed in the urban renewal projects. At the same time of enhancing the public spatial quality, the problems of underground pipeline usage and greenery restoration are solved. The integrated design concept promotes the multi-party participation and technical support, and then the project implementation rate and public acceptance are enhanced, providing a reference idea for other cities in China and those facing the same predicaments.
