Abstract:To optimize the traffic organization scheme of the Shanghai Beiheng Medium-Capacity (Jiangong Road - Kaixuan Road) Project and improve the scientificity of project implementation and the quality of regional traffic operation, taking the traffic operation efficiency, engineering implementation feasibility and regional traffic impact as the core evaluation dimensions, and through the site survey, traffic flow prediction, boundary condition analysis and other methods, the in-depth evaluation is conducted on the layout of key stations and the organization scheme of intersections. The recommended schemes and alternative schemes are proposed for the key stations such as Neijiang Road, Huangxing Road and Xinjian Road. The actual efficiency of optimization measures such as dynamic management and control, and lane function adjustment is systematically demonstrated. The results show that on the premise of ensuring the core function of the medium-capacity dedicated lane, the optimized scheme can reduce the delay of local road sections by 15%~20% during peak hours, providing the scientific support for the project implementation and the reference for the organization and design of similar medium-capacity transit projects.
