Abstract:Taking the emergency repair project of main outlet pipe of sewage pumping station in Duyuan Road, Shanghai as an example, combined with the on-site investigation and CCTV inspection result, the causes of pipe corrosion and collapse, and distribution features of defects are analyzed. In response to special construction condition where the outlet pipe of pumping station is located under S4 Expressway Interchange and cannot be excavated, a combined technology of “stainless steel quick lock + spray leveling + CIPP turnover method + grouting filling reinforcement” is proposed for emergency repair by comparing the applicability of the single trenchless repair process and the combined process. The technical characters, joint-use advantages and key parameters of each technology are explained in detail. The feasibility of implementing combined technologies is verified through repair effect test, flow capability calculation and construction cost analysis. The result shows that the pipe flow capability improves by 18.64% after repair, with no defect in one year of operation, which can provide a reference for emergency repair of similar severely corroded perforated pipes.
