    摘要:

    以上海市军工路快速路工程为背景,总结了重型热轧H型钢组合梁桥的设计经验。与传统焊接钢板组合梁相比,重型热轧H型钢具有质量稳定、无焊接残余应力、快速施工等显著优势。虽然其钢材用量略高于焊接钢板梁,但加工时间大幅缩短近一半,焊接和检验工作量大幅减少,综合经济效益更优。该方法符合绿色高效桥梁建设的方向,具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Based on the Shanghai Jungong Road Expressway Project, the design experience of hot-rolled heavy H-section composite beam bridge is summarized. Compared with traditional welded steel plate composite beams, the hot-rolled heavy H-section steel exhibits the significant advantages, including stable quality, no-welding residual stresses and rapid construction. Although its steel consumption is slightly higher than that of welded steel plate beams, the processing time is significantly reduced by nearly half, and the welding and inspection workloads are substantially decreased, resulting in better overall economic benefits. This method aligns with the direction of green and efficient bridge construction and demonstrates the broad application prospects.
