    规范规定未经针对性处理的液化土层,不得直接作为天然地基的持力层,因此对有液化土层场地的建(构)筑物必须采取措施。首先分析了传统消除地基液化措施的优缺点,然后提出了采用水泥土搅拌桩连续墙围封法进行液化地基处理的措施,并介绍了一些学者关于此方法的研究成果以及在工程中的应用实践。结合某污水处理厂扩建工程,针对场地内存在的可液化土层,详细阐述了围封法的设计原则、施工工艺及质量检验方法,并通过工程实例说明该方法在抑制液化土层侧向变形、提高地基承载力方面的有效性。

    Abstract:

    According to relevant codes, liquefied soil layers not specially treated cannot be directly used as the natural foundation bearing stratum. Therefore, the measures must be taken for building structures in sites with liquefied soil layers. Firstly the advantages and disadvantages of traditional measures for eliminating foundation liquefaction are analyzed, and then the use of the cement-soil mixing pile continuous wall enclosure method is proposed for liquefaction foundation treatment. The research findings from some scholars on this method and the application practices in engineering are introduced. In combination with an expansion project of a wastewater treatment plant, and in response to the liquefied soil layers existing in site, the design principles, construction techniques and quality inspection methods of the enclosure method are expounded in detail. Engineering cases demonstrate the effectiveness of this method in restraining lateral deformation of liquefied soil layers and improving the bearing capacity of the foundation.
