    摘要:

    为响应我国城市轨道交通建设从“规模扩张”向“品质提升”的转型需求,以深圳地铁22号线工程为例,综合探讨了装配式地铁车站的全生命周期经济效益、关键施工技术体系及其综合效益。通过对比分析全预制、叠合式装配式车站以及传统现浇模式在概算、工期、人工、材料及环保等方面的量化数据,并结合高精度测量定位、智能调姿台车与龙门吊等核心技术的工程实践,系统剖析了该模式的优劣。结果表明,装配式车站虽前期建安成本较高,但能显著缩短工期、大幅降低现场劳动力需求与材料消耗,并减少施工废弃物与碳排放,体现出优异的绿色建造与综合效益。其成功实施依赖于智能建造技术与全链条一体化管理的深度融合。随着技术普及与产业链成熟,装配式建造将成为推动城市轨道交通高质量发展的重要路径。

    Abstract:

    In response to the transition demand of urban rail transit construction from “scale expansion” to “quality enhancement” in China, taking the Shenzhen Metro Line 22 Project as an example, the full-life-cycle economic efficiency, key construction technology systems, and comprehensive benefits of prefabricated metro stations are comprehensively discussed, By comparing and analyzing a quantitative data of fully-prefabricated stations and stacked prefabricated stations as well as traditional cast-in-situ mode in terms of budget estimates, construction period, labor, materials, and environmental performance, and combined with the engineering practices of core technologies such as high-precision measurement positioning, intelligent posture-adjusting platforms and gantry cranes, the advantages and disadvantages of this model are systematically analyzed. The results indicate that although the initial construction and installation costs of prefabricated stations are higher, the construction schedule can be significantly shortened, the on-site labor demand and material consumption are drastically reduced, and the construction waste and carbon emissions are reduced, demonstrating the excellent green construction and comprehensive benefits. The successful implementation of the project relies on the deep integration of intelligent construction technology and whole-process integrated management. As the technology becomes widespread and the industrial chain matures, the prefabricated construction will become an important path for promoting the high-quality development of urban rail transit.
