    摘要:

    依托某机场滑行道病害整治工程实例,对施工中关键质量指标进行实例应用分析,通过开展施工前的质量预控,对施工过程中各项指标进行动态跟踪管理,依据反馈的施工数据及时发现影响质量的因素,提高施工质量的稳定性,降低质量波动。对每盘拌合料的SMA-13、AC-20C及AC-5沥青混合料的油石比、关键筛孔通过率及动稳定度等指标进行抽样检测,形成系统资料的同时,及时分析数据波动的原因,指导下一环节的施工,最终取得较好的施工效果。

    Abstract:

    Taking the taxiway disease remediation project at a certain airport as an example, we illustrate the application of key quality indicators that require special attention during construction. By conducting quality pre-control before construction and dynamic tracking management of various indicators during the construction process, factors affecting quality can be identified promptly based on the feedback construction data, thereby enhancing the stability of construction quality and reducing quality fluctuations. In the article, sampling tests are conducted on the oil-to-stone ratio, key sieve passage rate, and dynamic stability of SMA-13, AC-20C, and AC-5 asphalt mixtures for each batch of mixed materials. While forming systematic data, the reasons for data fluctuations are promptly analyzed to guide the construction of the next stage, ultimately achieving better construction results.
