Abstract:To respond to the requirements of “space-air-ground” integration and digital twin empowerment for embankment management in plain river network cities proposed by the integrated monitoring and perception system of the Ministry of Water Resources for rivers, lakes and reservoirs, addressing the pain points such as low efficiency and poor data quality of traditional manual inspection of the Huangpu River embankment, and taking the relevant action schemes of the Ministry of Water Resources as the policy basis and aligning with the new version of embankment technical standards of Shanghai, a “1+3+3+N” intelligent inspection framework is proposed. By integrating multiple technologies including satellite remote sensing and UAV inspection, a “space-air-ground” integrated intelligent inspection system and a full-process closed-loop data management mechanism are explored and constructed, and the implementation feasibility is analyzed. The research result shows that the system can provide a replicable paradigm for the digital operation of embankments in megacities, offer the data support for the construction of “Quantum City” in Shanghai, and simultaneously empower the construction of large vertical models for urban vital signs.
