    摘要:

    为解决异型斜拉桥索塔吊装工程中安全风险高、质量控制难、造价与进度平衡难度大的问题,以某非对称曲线形独塔扭索面斜拉桥工程为研究对象,聚焦“安全为前提、质量合格为基础、造价更低为导向、进度达标为约束”核心目标,构建涵盖安全、质量、造价、进度的多维度评价体系。通过案例分析与定量计算,对2种吊装方案进行系统对比,明确各方案在多维度约束下的优劣差异。结合工程实际需求优化后,形成了“质量、安全、造价、进度相平衡”的复合方案,可实现多维度目标平衡。研究成果可为同类异型桥梁吊装方案选择提供理论支撑与实践借鉴。

    Abstract:

    To address the problems of high safety risks, difficult quality control and great challenges in balancing cost and schedule in the pylon hoisting project of special-shaped cable-stayed bridges, taking an asymmetric curved single-pylon twisted-plane cable-stayed bridge project as the research object, and focusing on the core objectives of "safety as the premise, qualified quality as the foundation, lower cost as the guidance, and schedule compliance as the constraint", a multi-dimensional evaluation system covering safety, quality, cost and schedule is established. Through case analysis and quantitative calculation, two hoisting schemes are systematically compared, clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme under the multi-dimensional constraints. Combined with the actual engineering needs, an optimized composite scheme that "balances quality, safety, cost and schedule" is formed to achieve the balance of multi-dimensional objectives. The research results can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the selection of hoisting schemes for similar special-shaped bridges.
