    摘要:

    针对传统现浇法维修城市路网检查井井盖存在的不足,为提高维修效率与质量,研究并提出一种具有快速施工、快速开放交通的装配式检查井维修技术。该技术采用预埋螺纹套筒与定位限位装置的一体式井盖,在更换前进行木模型试安装;选用单一粒径碎石与早强水泥浆材料,依次装填井槽槽底及井圈,以优化基底和井圈构造;同时优化了现场施工工艺和流程。该技术显著提升了井盖强度和质量稳定性,大幅缩短了养护时间,在保证维修质量的同时有效降低了施工成本,所提出的综合优化方案对国内外检查井井盖的快速维修实践具有借鉴与指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Due to the deficiencies of the traditional cast-in-place method in repairing manhole covers of urban road networks, a repair technology of prefabricated manholes with rapid construction and quick traffic opening is studied and proposed to improve the efficiency and quality of maintenance. An integrated manhole cover of pre-embedded threaded sleeves and positioning limit devices is adopted. Before the replacement, a wooden model test installation is carried out. The single-sized crushed stone and early-strength cement slurry are used to fill the bottom of the manhole trench and the ring of manhole in sequence in order to optimize the base and manhole ring structure. And also the on-site construction process and procedures are optimized. The technology significantly enhances the strength and quality stability of the manholes and greatly shortens the curing time. At the same time to ensure the maintenance quality, the construction cost is effectively reduced. The proposed comprehensive optimization scheme has the reference and guiding significance for the rapid repair practice of manholes at home and abroad.
