淄博市张店区小区雨污分流改造方案

Rainwater and Sewage Separation Reconstruction Scheme for Residential Areas in Zhangdian District, Zibo City

摘要:

为解决小区雨污合流及基础设施老旧等问题，淄博市张店区在2022—2023年对95个小区进行改造。改造以雨污分流为基础，结合城市更新工作，同步提升小区的基础设施水平，改善居民的生活环境。项目实施后，95个小区的雨污水合流、外溢，以及路面排水不畅等状况得到明显改善，小区各项基础设施水平也得到极大提升，有力地推进了张店区的城市更新工作，提升了居民的幸福感，使小区既“出新”又“出彩”，能“安居”更“宜居”，对类似小区的雨污分流改造及基础设施提升项目有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of combined rainwater and sewage, and the old infrastructures in the residential areas, 95 residential areas in Zhangdian District, Zibo City were reconstructed from 2022 to 2023. Based on the rainwater and sewage separation reconstruction, and combined with the renewal of the city, the infrastructure level of the residential areas is improved and the living environment of the residents is enhanced. After the implementation of the project, the combined rainwater and sewage, the overflow and the poor pavement drainage in 95 residential areas have been obviously improved, and the level of various infrastructures in these areas has been greatly upgraded, which effectively advances the urban renewal work of Zhangdian District. The happiness sense of the residents is enhanced, making the areas both “innovative” and “outstanding”, and enabling the people to “live in peace” and “be livable”, which has certain reference significance for the rainwater and sewage separation reconstruction and infrastructure improvement projects in similar residential areas.
