    摘要:

    基于桥面铺装体系中防水与层间抗剪受力协同的设计理念,构建了一种由下层溶剂型黏结剂与上层沥青胶砂组成的双层复合型防水黏结层结构,通过拉拔和剪切试验,研究了黏结剂涂布量及胶砂厚度对复合体系层间力学性能的影响规律,并分析了温度与浸水作用条件下的性能衰减特征及界面破坏机理。结果表明,溶剂型黏结剂涂布量为0.3 kg/m2时,与水泥混凝土基层的附着力最强;下层涂布量固定,胶砂厚度对拉拔与剪切性能的影响呈非线性特征,厚度不足或厚度过大均不利于层间稳定性,胶砂最佳厚度为6~7 mm。

    Abstract:

    Based on the design concept of synergistic waterproofing and interlayer shear resistance in bridge deck pavement systems, a two-layer composite waterproof bonding layer structure consisting of a lower layer of solvent-based adhesive and an upper layer of asphalt mortar is constructed. Through pull-out and shear tests, the influence of adhesive coating amount and mortar thickness on the interlayer mechanical properties of the composite system is studied, and the performance degradation characteristics and interfacial failure mechanism under temperature and water immersion conditions are analyzed. The results show that when the coating amount of solvent-based adhesive is 0.3 kg/m2, the adhesion to the cement concrete base is the strongest. With a fixed lower layer coating amount, the effect of mortar thickness on pull-out and shear properties exhibits nonlinear characteristics. The insufficient thickness or excessive thickness are detrimental to interlayer stability, and the optimal mortar thickness is 6~7 mm.
