工业园区污水处理厂绿色建造管理实践

Green Construction Management Practices of Wastewater Treatment Plants in Industrial Park

工业园区内建设集中式污水处理厂已成为主流趋势，相关的技术及管理探讨已较为成熟，但关于工业园区污水处理厂的绿色建造研究仍处于起步阶段，大部分仅限于施工阶段，缺少工程总承包模式下的相应绿色建造管理总结。结合工业园区污水处理项目建设案例，通过优化项目管理体系、建立全链式管理组织机构，以科研创新引导项目管理，采用智慧化系统、构建绿色供应链的管理措施，将绿色建造管理在项目全生命周期内进行实践，提高项目绿色建造管理效果，建设出低碳节能、绿色环保的污水处理厂。

Abstract:

The construction of centralized wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) within industrial parks has become a mainstream trend, and the related technical and management discussions have been well known. However, the research on green construction of industrial park WWTPs remains in its infancy, and the most are only limited in the construction period without the corresponding summary on the green construction management under the engineering general contracting model. Combined with the construction cases of industrial park wastewater treatment projects, by optimizing the project management systems and establishing the full-chain management organizational structure, guiding the project management with scientific research innovation, and by adopting intelligent systems and building green supply chain management measures, the green construction management is implemented throughout the entire project life cycle to enhance the effectiveness of green construction management and construct a low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally friendly WWTPs.
