上海都市圈环线快速通道嘉善段规划设计要点分析

Analysis on Planning and Design Essentials of Jiashan Section of Shanghai Metropolitan Ring Expressway

摘要:

随着长三角一体化不断推进与上海大都市圈融合发展，跨区域高快速通道项目日益增加，有必要对大都市圈跨区域快速通道规划设计要点进行分析研究。结合上海都市圈环线快速通道嘉善段项目经验，总结出大都市圈快速通道规划设计要点：在前期规划阶段，关键在于分析跨区域通道的规划区位特征，明确项目功能定位与道路性质、确立城镇段双层通道的技术标准；在设计阶段，需科学划分工程界面、合理选用技术指标、比选明确建设形式、兼顾城镇化服务功能、优化路基及竖向衔接、统筹搬迁及保通工序，最终形成双层交通、慢行人非系统、综合景观及管线设施于一体的多功能复合廊道。

Abstract:

With the continuous advancement of the Yangtze River Delta and its integrated development with the Shanghai metropolitan region, the cross-regional expressway projects are increasing. It is necessary to analyze and study the planning and design essentials of the cross-regional expressways of the metropolitan region. Combined with the experience of the Shanghai Metropolitan Ring Expressway Jiashan Section Project, the planning and design essentials of metropolitan region expressway are summarized. During the preliminary planning phase, the focus should be on analyzing the planned regional location characteristics of cross-regional expressways to define the functional positioning and road property of the project, and to determine the technical standards for double-layer expressways in urban sections. In the design phase, it is essential to scientifically delineate the engineering interfaces, rationally select the technical indicators, compare and determine the construction forms, consider the urbanization service functions, optimize the subgrade and vertical alignment, coordinate the relocation and maintain the traffic procedures. Ultimately, a multi-functional composite passageway integrated with double-layer traffic, slow-traffic pedestrian and non-motored vehicle system, comprehensive landscape and pipeline facilities is formed.
