    摘要:

    针对桥面铺装防水黏结层长效性评价方法的问题,结合防水黏结层失效机理及其影响因素,对现阶段防水性能、黏结性能及耐久性的常用测试方法进行了归纳与比较,分析了不同试验方法的适用性与局限性。在此基础上,构建了由“长期防水能力”和“界面黏结耐久性”构成的长效性评价框架,提出涵盖耐水损伤、抗疲劳渗水、黏结耐久及环境耦合等多维度评价指标与试验方法。研究表明,在水–温度–荷载等耦合条件下开展加速耐久性试验与寿命预测,是长寿命桥面铺装体系研究的重要方向,可为防水黏结层材料研发与结构设计提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Regarding the issue of the long-term performance evaluation method for the waterproof bonding layer of bridge deck pavement, combined with the failure mechanisms and its influencing factors of waterproof bonding layer, the common testing methods for waterproof performance, bonding performance and durability at the present stage are summarized and compared to analyze the applicability and limitations of different test methods. On this basis, a long-term performance evaluation framework composed of "long-term waterproof capacity" and "interface bonding durability" is constructed, and the multi-dimensional evaluation indicators and test methods covering water damage resistance, fatigue water seepage resistance, bonding durability and environmental coupling are proposed. The results show that the implementation of accelerated durability tests and life predictions under coupled conditions such as water, temperature and load is an important direction in the research of long-life bridge deck pavement systems, which can provide a reference for material development and structural design of waterproof bonding layer.
