Abstract:Regarding the issue of the long-term performance evaluation method for the waterproof bonding layer of bridge deck pavement, combined with the failure mechanisms and its influencing factors of waterproof bonding layer, the common testing methods for waterproof performance, bonding performance and durability at the present stage are summarized and compared to analyze the applicability and limitations of different test methods. On this basis, a long-term performance evaluation framework composed of "long-term waterproof capacity" and "interface bonding durability" is constructed, and the multi-dimensional evaluation indicators and test methods covering water damage resistance, fatigue water seepage resistance, bonding durability and environmental coupling are proposed. The results show that the implementation of accelerated durability tests and life predictions under coupled conditions such as water, temperature and load is an important direction in the research of long-life bridge deck pavement systems, which can provide a reference for material development and structural design of waterproof bonding layer.
