    摘要:

    在合理高效利用土地资源进行预制梁厂建设,进一步实现交通基础设施建设的产业升级,促进高质量发展的背景下,传统的小箱梁建造模式正逐步向集中预制、工厂化生产的新型工业化模式转变。为提升小箱梁结构对工业化生产模式的适应性,推动交通建设高质量发展,通过广泛的现场调研和大量的数值模拟分析,深入探讨了小箱梁在标准化生产条件下的受力性能与构造要求,提出小箱梁结构优化方案,以更好满足工厂标准化生产需要,并对优化后结构的工程造价进行对比分析,为今后集中预制场建设和相关设计优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Against the backdrop of rationally and efficiently utilizing land resources for the construction of prefabricated beam yards, further facilitating the industrial upgrading of transportation infrastructure, and promoting high-quality development, the traditional construction method for small box girders is gradually transitioning toward a novel industrialized model characterized by centralized prefabrication and factory-based production. To enhance the adaptability of small box girder structures to industrialized production modes and to promote high-quality development in transportation construction, through extensive field investigations and extensive numerical simulation analyses, thoroughly investigates the mechanical performance and structural requirements of small box girders under standardized production conditions. An optimized structural scheme for small box girders is proposed to better satisfy the demands of factory-standardized production. A comparative analysis of the construction cost of the optimized structure is also conducted, providing a reference for the future construction of centralized prefabrication yards and related design optimizations.
