Abstract:Against the backdrop of rationally and efficiently utilizing land resources for the construction of prefabricated beam yards, further facilitating the industrial upgrading of transportation infrastructure, and promoting high-quality development, the traditional construction method for small box girders is gradually transitioning toward a novel industrialized model characterized by centralized prefabrication and factory-based production. To enhance the adaptability of small box girder structures to industrialized production modes and to promote high-quality development in transportation construction, through extensive field investigations and extensive numerical simulation analyses, thoroughly investigates the mechanical performance and structural requirements of small box girders under standardized production conditions. An optimized structural scheme for small box girders is proposed to better satisfy the demands of factory-standardized production. A comparative analysis of the construction cost of the optimized structure is also conducted, providing a reference for the future construction of centralized prefabrication yards and related design optimizations.
