    随着我国城市地下空间开发日益密集,紧邻运营盾构施工成为普遍难题。盾构隧道作为柔性结构,在软土地区极易受周边施工扰动影响,变形控制要求高。针对盾构隧道上方施工的常见保护措施,分析了零加载法、隔离法、门式转换法及快挖快填法的适用条件与局限性,指出实际工程中存在零加载难以实现、地质扰动不确定性、相对位置关系复杂及施工过程控制困难等关键问题。结合上海沿海软土区域某工程实例,对运营盾构隧道上方开槽卸载与道路加载两种工况进行了理论分析与实践验证。工程实践表明,理论分析需结合工程实际情况做进一步分析,否则仍有可能得到不准确的结论,且同时需加强施工期自动化监测与信息化施工,以便即使调整应对措施。研究成果可为类似软土地区盾构隧道微扰动控制工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the increasingly intensive development of urban underground space in China, the construction adjacent to operational shield tunnels has become a common challenge. As flexible structures, the shield tunnels are particularly susceptible to disturbance from adjacent construction activities in soft soil areas, necessitating stringent deformation control requirements. Aiming at the common protection measures for construction above shield tunnels, the applicability and limitations of the zero-loading method, isolation method, portal frame transfer method and rapid excavation-backfill method are analyzed. It is pointed out that in actual engineering, there are key problems such as the difficulty in achieving zero loading, the uncertainty of geological disturbances, the complexity of relative positional relationships, and the difficulty in controlling the construction process. Combined with an engineering case in a coastal soft soil area in Shanghai, the theoretical analysis and practical verification are conducted for two working conditions of trenching unloading and road loading above an operational shield tunnel. The engineering practice demonstrates that the theoretical analysis needs to be further conducted in combination with the actual situation of the project; otherwise, the inaccurate conclusions may still be drawn. Additionally, it is necessary to enhance the automated monitoring and information-based construction during the construction period so as to adjust the response measures in a timely manner. The research findings can provide a reference for micro-disturbance control projects of shield tunnels in similar soft soil areas.
