Abstract:Taking Wuhu, a national pilot city for sponge city construction, as an example, the construction framework and core functional modules of the sponge city intelligent management platform are systematically expounded. The platform integrates the multi-source heterogeneous data such as urban lifeline and drainage pipe network to build an integrated system of “Sponge Map” for visual management, full-cycle project control, real-time monitoring and early warning, and quantitative evaluation, focusing on supporting the scientific evaluation of the achievements of sponge city construction facilities. Practice shows that through multi-dimensional data fusion analysis, dynamic monitoring and early warning, and visual display of the platform, the quantitative assessment accuracy of key indicators such as the efficiency of rainwater collection and utilization, the total runoff control rate, and the capacity to prevent waterlogging has been significantly enhanced, providing reliable data support for the optimization of sponge facility operation efficiency. Finally, the improvement suggestions such as optimizing the data collection system, strengthening cross-system collaborative linkage, and improving the effectiveness evaluation indicators are put forward, which provide a replicable and promotable practical paradigm for the intelligent construction and management of sponge cities in the whole region.
