Summary and Reflection on Drainage Pipe Network Inspection Experience under Background of Urban Renewal

摘要:

为了更好地摸清城市更新背景下排水管网检测修复的工程经验，以华东某城市排水管网检测与修复项目为案例，归纳了排水管网CCTV检测过程中存在的共性问题并提出相应的解决方案，针对该城市A片区管道缺陷类型进行了归纳与统计分析，同时给出针对性的修复措施。结果表明，结构性缺陷中管道变形和功能性缺陷的内部障碍物等占比相对较高，对排水管道结构稳定性和输水能力造成明显影响，需要及时开展修复与养护工作，保障管网系统安全稳定运行。成果可为城市排水管网检测与修复工程提供实践参考与技术指导。

Abstract:

In order to better understand the engineering experience of drainage pipe network inspection and repair under the background of urban renewal, taking an urban drainage pipe network inspection and repair project in East China as an example, the common issues during CCTV inspection of drainage pipe network are summarized and the corresponding solutions are proposed. The types of pipeline defects in Area A of the city are categorized and statistically analyzed. At the same time, the targeted repair measures are given. The results indicate that the proportion of structural defects such as pipeline deformation and internal obstacles caused by functional defects is relatively high, significantly impacting the structural stability and water conveyance capacity of drainage pipelines. It is necessary to timely conduct the repair and maintenance, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline network system. These findings provide practical references and technical guidance for inspection and repair engineering of urban drainage pipe network.
