Abstract:To address the issues of complex operational line construction environment, high safety risks, and long duration of traditional processes, the research is conducted on the incremental launching construction technology of long-span steel box girders over operational lines. By researching and developing the key technologies such as synchronous control systems for transporting trolleys, adaptive and braking guarantee for large longitudinal slopes, and intelligent control for continuous beam dropping, the safe, smooth, stable and efficient incremental launching of steel box girders is achieved above operational lines. This technology obviously shortens the total construction time, significantly reduces the construction costs and safety risks, and effectively guarantees the normal operations of operational lines, providing the important technical reference and practical experience for the construction of long-span bridges over the operational lines.
