    摘要:

    针对营业线施工环境复杂、安全风险高、传统工艺工期长等难题,开展大跨度钢箱梁上跨营业线顶推施工技术研究。为有效控制风险、减少对铁路运营的干扰,通过研发驮运小车同步控制系统、大纵坡自适应与制动保障技术、连续落梁智能控制技术等关键技术,实现钢箱梁在营业线上方的安全、平稳、高效顶推。该技术显著缩短了施工总工期,大幅降低了施工成本与安全风险,有效保障了营业线的正常运行,为大跨度桥梁上跨营业线施工提供了重要的技术参考与实践经验。

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of complex operational line construction environment, high safety risks, and long duration of traditional processes, the research is conducted on the incremental launching construction technology of long-span steel box girders over operational lines. By researching and developing the key technologies such as synchronous control systems for transporting trolleys, adaptive and braking guarantee for large longitudinal slopes, and intelligent control for continuous beam dropping, the safe, smooth, stable and efficient incremental launching of steel box girders is achieved above operational lines. This technology obviously shortens the total construction time, significantly reduces the construction costs and safety risks, and effectively guarantees the normal operations of operational lines, providing the important technical reference and practical experience for the construction of long-span bridges over the operational lines.
