    摘要:

    随着城镇化进程的加快,城市内涝和雨洪管理的问题越来越严重,海绵城市建设理念也应运而生,成为城市水资源可持续利用的重要战略。市政高架快速路属于城市重要基础设施,路面雨水径流量大,汇集集中,具有较高的调蓄和利用潜力,但是也存在结构布置复杂、初期雨水污染和空间受限等诸多问题。以海绵城市理念为指导,从市政高架快速路雨水调蓄和利用系统的设计意义及现实问题入手,提出多级雨水收集传输、模块化调蓄净化、智能监控管理的综合设计策略,为市政高架快速路雨水资源化利用提供理论依据和工程参考,推动城市水生态系统良性循环和绿色可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    With the acceleration of urbanization, the issues of urban waterlogging and rainwater/flood management are getting more and more serious. The concept of sponge city construction has also emerged as a crucial strategy for the sustainable utilization of urban water resources. The municipal elevated expressways belong to the vital urban infrastructures where the amount of rainwater runoff on the pavement is large, converges and concentrates, presenting the significant potential for storage and utilization. However, there are also problems such as complex structural layouts, initial rainwater pollution and spatial constraints. Guided by the concept of sponge city, the integrated design strategy of multi-stage rainwater collection and conveyance, modular storage and purification, and intelligent monitoring management is proposed from the design significance and practical problems in the rainwater storage and utilization system of municipal elevated expressways. The theoretical basis and engineering reference are provided for the utilization of rainwater resources on municipal elevated expressways to promote a virtuous cycle in the urban water ecosystem and its green sustainable development.
