Abstract:With the continuous promotion of building industrialization and green construction, prefabricated assembly technology has been increasingly applied in drainage engineering. This paper takes water tank structures in drainage engineering as the research object, and conducts a comparative analysis of the technical characteristics and economic performance between prefabricated assembly structures and cast-in-place structures. Through cost-benefit analysis of two engineering cases, the cost equilibrium point and key control factors between prefabricated assembly schemes and cast-in-place schemes are explored. The analysis results indicate that under special conditions such as high formwork support and complex construction environments, reasonable prefabricated assembly schemes can achieve competitive comprehensive economic benefits through saving formwork and support quantities, shortening construction periods, and reducing on-site wet operations. The research findings of this paper can provide reference basis for scheme selection and cost control in similar drainage engineering projects.
