    随着国家对建筑工业化、绿色建造的持续推进,预制装配式技术在排水工程中的应用日益广泛。以排水工程中的水池构筑物为研究对象,针对预制装配结构与现浇结构的技术特点及经济性进行对比分析。通过2个工程案例的成本效益分析,探讨了预制装配方案与现浇方案的造价平衡点及关键控制因素。分析结果显示,在高支模、复杂环境施工等特殊条件下,合理的预制装配方案可通过节约模板支撑工程量、缩短工期、减少现场湿作业等方式,实现具有竞争力的综合经济效益。研究成果可为类似排水工程项目的方案选择与造价控制提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous promotion of building industrialization and green construction, prefabricated assembly technology has been increasingly applied in drainage engineering. This paper takes water tank structures in drainage engineering as the research object, and conducts a comparative analysis of the technical characteristics and economic performance between prefabricated assembly structures and cast-in-place structures. Through cost-benefit analysis of two engineering cases, the cost equilibrium point and key control factors between prefabricated assembly schemes and cast-in-place schemes are explored. The analysis results indicate that under special conditions such as high formwork support and complex construction environments, reasonable prefabricated assembly schemes can achieve competitive comprehensive economic benefits through saving formwork and support quantities, shortening construction periods, and reducing on-site wet operations. The research findings of this paper can provide reference basis for scheme selection and cost control in similar drainage engineering projects.
