    摘要:

    为保障崇启大桥南引桥运营安全,提升桥梁养护管理数字化水平,结合该桥结构特点、滨海高盐雾服役环境及相关政策要求,开展结构健康监测系统设计。选取第7联左幅、第8联左右幅、第9联左幅作为代表性桥跨,布设环境、作用、结构响应及结构变化四类监测项目,配套采用光纤光栅传感器、动态称重仪、机器视觉等设备,构建由传感器模块、数据采集及传输模块、数据处理及管理模块、数据分析应用模块组成的系统架构。该系统可实现结构状态实时感知、数据智能处理、超限预警与健康度综合评估,为桥梁损伤识别、安全预警、养护决策及全生命周期管理提供支撑,可为滨海环境下大跨度连续梁桥健康监测系统设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    To ensure the operational safety of the south approach bridge of Chongqi Bridge and improve the digitalization level of bridge maintenance management, a structural health monitoring system was designed based on the structural characteristics, coastal high-salt fog service environment and relevant policy requirements of the bridge. Representative spans including the left frame of Span 7, the left and right frames of Span 8, and the left frame of Span 9 were selected, and four types of monitoring items were arranged, covering environment, load, structural response and structural variation. Equipped with fiber Bragg grating sensors, dynamic weighing instruments, machine vision and other equipment, the system framework consists of sensor module, data acquisition and transmission module, data processing and management module, and data analysis and application module. The system can realize real-time perception of structural state, intelligent data processing, over-limit early warning and comprehensive health assessment, providing support for bridge damage identification, safety early warning, maintenance decision-making and life-cycle management. It can also offer a reference for the design of structural health monitoring systems for long-span continuous girder bridges in coastal environments.
