Abstract:The ecological revetment greening restoration technology for waterfront spaces is an engineering ecological restoration method developed to address the insufficient ecological functions of traditional hard revetments. By analyzing the blocking mechanism of hard revetment structures on aquatic ecosystems, clarifying the degradation mechanism of soil matrices in waterfront areas, and exploring the technical difficulties encountered in the construction of vegetation communities in the water level fluctuation zone, the demand for the coordinated improvement of revetment slope stability and ecological functions is proposed. At the same time, the construction methods of ecological grid-structured revetments, the planting techniques of multi-level vegetation configuration systems, the ecological matrix improvement and root soil consolidation technologies, as well as the design concepts of slope hydrological regulation and drainage systems are elaborated in depth. Combined with the practice of specific river restoration projects, the application process and key implementation links of this technology at the project site are explained. Practice shows that this technology can effectively restore the ecological functions of waterfront spaces, enhance the stability of revetment structures, and provide a practical technical direction for the ecological restoration of urban rivers.
