    摘要:

    针对宁波中兴大桥引桥落地段跨越横向道路时结构高度与横向宽度双重受限的工程难题,为满足桥下净空及建筑限界要求,采用30 m简支钢箱槽型梁设计方案。采用 MIDAS Civil建立杆系模型和梁-板单元两种计算模型,对结构进行受力与变形验算,结果显示槽型梁各项指标均满足规范要求,且桥面板能有效分担主梁弯矩和扭矩,改善主梁受力性能。本设计方案成功解决了工程场地的限界难题,实现了良好的技术与工程效益,可为同类净空受限条件下的桥梁工程设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the engineering problem that the landing section of the approach bridge of Ningbo Zhongxing Bridge is restricted in both structural height and lateral width when crossing a transverse road, a design scheme of a 30-m simple-supported steel box channel beam bridge is adopted to meet the requirements of clearance under the bridge and the building boundary limitation. Two calculation models, namely the bar system model and the beam-slab element model, are established by using MIDAS Civil to verify the mechanical behavior and deformation of the structure. The results show that all indexes of the channel beam meet the code requirements, and the bridge deck can effectively bear the bending moment and torque of the girder, thereby improving its mechanical performance of the girder. This design scheme successfully resolves the boundary limitation at the engineering site, achieving the excellent technical and engineering benefits, which can provide a reference for the design of bridge engineering under similar clearance-limited conditions.
