Abstract:To address the problems such as multi-source heterogeneity, phase fragmentation, and 2D-3D separation in the management of municipal pipeline data, a universal 2D~3D integrated data standard framework is established. A dual-zone architecture of "data indicators - delivery requirements" is adopted, that is to establish nine types of pipeline data dictionaries in the data indicator area and organize the attribute information according to the three types of "geometric - management - professional", and that is to establish a delivery rule of "multiple scenarios, dual-track system, and three requirements" in the delivery requirement area, where the multiple scenarios cover the full lifecycle of planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance, the dual-track system stipulates the 2D and 3D delivery depths for each indicator, and the "three requirements" adopt M (required), O (optional), and X (not required) to achieve the differential delivery. In the standard, the horizontal barriers among different standard systems of surveying and mapping, planning, and ownership are bridged through semantic mapping, and the vertical breakpoints are eliminated through stage inheritance and incremental updates to realize the paradigm shift from "multi-standard coexistence" to "unified indicator governance", from "stage fragmentation" to "full-cycle inheritance", and from "2D management" to 2D and 3D collaborative application.
