    摘要:

    针对城市老旧街区普遍存在的内涝风险高、排水设施标准低、更新改造空间有限等问题,以南方某城市典型老旧街区为研究对象,充分利用老旧街区现有空间微更新,提出蓝色屋顶、道路调蓄、广场平急两用调蓄、绿地调蓄及水体平急两用调蓄等多尺度调蓄空间耦合的内涝治理技术方案,设置3种不同强度集成方案,基于InfoWorks ICM构建城市排水系统水力模型,评估3种方案在不同重现期降雨情景下的内涝防治效果。模拟结果表明,3种方案均能有效削减研究区域及周边区域的积水面积与体积,其中方案三(最高实施强度),研究区域最高可削减最大积水深度7%,削减最大积水面积31%,削减最大积水体积40%,研究成果可为类似城市老旧街区内涝治理提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the prominent problems of high waterlogging risk, low drainage standard and limited reconstruction space in old urban areas, this paper takes a typical old urban area in a southern city as the research object. Based on the existing space micro-renewal, a multi-scale waterlogging control scheme coupled with blue roofs, road storage, dual-purpose square storage, green space storage and dual-purpose water body storage is proposed. Three integrated schemes with different intensities are designed, and their control effects under different rainfall return periods are evaluated by the hydraulic model established with InfoWorks ICM. The results show that all three schemes can effectively reduce the waterlogging area and volume in the study area. Scheme Ⅲ (the highest intensity) can reduce the maximum waterlogging depth by 7%, area by 31% and volume by 40% in the study area. The research can provide technical reference for urban waterlogging control in similar old urban areas.
