    摘要:

    为解决城市快速路网更新过程中路段选择难、目标统筹难等问题,选取上海中心城区高架快速路网为分析对象,通过国内外更新案例、路网运行现状特征及城市更新相关政策的调查分析,提出中心城区快速路网更新目标,建立“更新路线研判—更新路段筛选—实施顺序评估”三级递进式更新决策体系和配套判定准则,并依托灰色聚类和层次分析理论,构建路段更新时序量化评估模型,可辅助特大城市中心城区快速路网更新规划方案的科学编制。

    Abstract:

    To address the challenges of section selection and objective coordination in the process of urban expressway network renewal, this study takes the elevated expressway network in Shanghai's central urban area as the research object. Through a systematic investigation of domestic and international renewal case studies, operational characteristics of the existing expressway network, and policies related to urban renewal, the renewal objectives for the central urban expressway network are proposed. A three-stage progressive decision-making system covering route assessment, candidate segment screening and construction sequencing together with corresponding evaluation criteria is formulated. Furthermore, a quantitative evaluation model for section renewal sequencing is developed based on grey clustering theory and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The proposed methodology can support the scientific formulation of renewal planning schemes for expressway networks in mega-city central urban areas.
