    摘要:

    城市公园更新的重点在于空间布局优化、公园设施升级、配套服务完善,以此实现新时代背景下城市老旧公园的功能复兴。更新后,公园与城市周边的融合性更强,空间结构更适应周边环境的变化。在满足公园功能的基础上,充分利用公园的公共绿地与水域空间作为调蓄空间,将雨洪管理纳入公园更新改造,使公园海绵化成为常态,将调蓄作为应急措施,提升区域应对超标降水的能力,通过“蓝绿结合”与“平急两用”增强城市韧性。

    Abstract:

    The renewal of urban parks focuses on optimizing spatial layout, upgrading park facilities, and improving supporting services, aiming to achieve the function rebirth of old urban parks in the new era. After renewal, the integration of the park with the surrounding urban area is stronger, and the spatial structure is more adaptable to changes in the surrounding environment. On the basis of meeting the functions of the park, the public green spaces and water areas in the park are fully utilized as storage spaces. The rainwater and flood management are incorporated into the renewal and reconstruction of the park, making sponge-like features a common practice in the park. Storage is taken as emergency state to enhance the ability to cope with excessive precipitation of the region. Through the combination of blue-green and dual use for both normal and emergency situations, urban resilience is enhanced.
