随着城市更新进程的不断推进，旧有住宅小区改造工作持续深化，其中雨污分流改造是该项工作的重要组成部分。结合上海市奉贤区金水苑等多个旧城区住宅小区雨污水分流改造工程的施工实际，提出现场踏勘排查、设计、施工一体化的模式，系统分析了现场踏勘勘察、设计方案选定、施工组织实施、周边环境协调和施工安全风险管控等方面剖析设计施工控制要点，实现排查的精准性、设计方案的针对性与施工方案可行性相一致的改造目标。相关技术内容可为业内同行提供有益的设计和施工经验参考。

Abstract:

With the continuous advancement of urban renewal, the reconstruction work of old residential communities is continuously deepened, in which the rainwater and sewage separation reconstruction is an important part of this work. Combined with the construction practices of rainwater and sewage separation reconstruction projects in several old urban residential communities such as Jinshuiyuan in Fengxian District, Shanghai, an integrated mode of site survey and investigation, design and construction is proposed. The key points of design and construction control are systematically analyzed in aspects such as site survey and investigation, design scheme selection, construction organization and implementation, surrounding environment coordination and construction safety risk control to achieve the reconstruction goal of consistency among the accuracy of investigation, the pertinence of design schemes and the feasibility of construction schemes. The relevant technical content can provide the useful design and construction experience references for peers in the industry.
