上海市外环线跨川杨河节点方案设计研究

随着城市发展和城区范围扩大，上海市虹桥、张江等重点地区已逐步形成和环内相接近的城市发展格局。外环线逐渐成为虹桥、张江等重点地区环内、环外两侧区域发展的阻隔，为缝合城市裂痕，打通两侧区域，完善区域路网，浦东新区开展外环东段功能提升研究，先行实施外环东段（华夏中路—龙东大道）交通功能提升工程，川杨河是项目的关键节点，为确保3条横向相交道路与该项目同时建成通车，需对川杨河节点方案进行深化比选，以助于节省建设工期、节约工程造价。

Abstract:

With the development of the city and the expansion of the urban area, the key areas such as Shanghai Hongqiao and Zhangjiang have gradually formed urban development patterns that are close to those within the ring. The Outer Ring Road has gradually become a barrier to the development of areas on both sides of the Inner and Outer Ring roads in key regions such as Hongqiao and Zhangjiang. In order to close the cracks in the city, open up the areas on both sides, and improve the regional road network, a study on the function improvement of the eastern section of the Outer Ring Road is conducted in Pudong New District. Firstly, the traffic function improvement project of the eastern section of the Outer Ring Road (Huaxia Middle Road - Longdong Avenue) is implemented. The Chuanyang River is the key node of the project. In order to ensure that the three transverse intersecting roads are completed and opened to traffic simultaneously with this project, it is necessary to conduct a detailed comparison and selection of the Chuanyang River node scheme, which will help save the project construction period and project cost.
