Abstract:Aiming at the common pain points of aging equipment, insufficient perception and isolated systems in urban old tunnels, taking the Hangzhou West Lake Tunnel Reconstruction Project as a typical case, a set of intelligent reconstruction scheme centered on the closed-loop mechanism of full-space-time perception, intelligent integration, multi-factor linkage and intelligent decision-making is proposed. This scheme contains the specific engineering approaches of drainage and fire protection, anti-collision early warning, structural health monitoring, intelligent video inspection, smart lighting and unified intelligent perception platform, which can systematically upgrade a series of technical measures for the tunnel resilience in terms of monitoring and early warning, resistance and absorption, rapid recovery, learning and optimization. Preliminary analysis on the operational data of the reconstructed system has verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, which can provide a set of resilience-oriented, technology-integrable and practice-referable paradigm for the renewal and reconstruction of similar urban tunnels, and help build a safer and more resilient urban infrastructure system.
