    摘要:

    通过介绍预应力梁板反拱形成原理,针对反拱对结构安全造成的危害,提出对预制梁板反拱值进行控制的必要性。通过工程实例,从预制梁板重量、预应力损失、结构自重和预加应力引起的反拱值进行理论分析计算,得出在预加应力在不同龄期的理论反拱值。采用不同的测试方法对预制梁板反拱值进行跟踪监测研究分析,从而优选出反拱测试方法,提高测量精度。同时进一步对反拱测试差异的影响因素进行分析探讨,提出了减小和避免预应力梁板反拱不利因素,为预制梁板的施工、反拱及挠度测量提供科学的理论依据和实测经验。

    Abstract:

    By introducing the formation principle of reverse camber of prestressed beams and slabs, aiming at the hazards caused by reverse camber to structural safety, the necessity of controlling the reverse camber value of prefabricated beams and slabs is proposed. Through the engineering examples, the theoretical analysis and calculation are conducted on the reverse camber values induced by the weight of prefabricated beams and slabs, prestressing loss, structural self-weight and prestressing force to derive the theoretical reverse camber values at different ages of prestressing. Different testing methods are adopted to track, monitor, study and analyze the reverse camber value of prefabricated beams and slabs so as to optimize the reverse camber testing method and improve the measurement accuracy. Furthermore, the influencing factors of the differences in the reverse camber test are further analyzed and discussed, and the unfavorable factors for reducing and avoiding the reverse camber of prestressed beams and slabs are proposed, providing a scientific theoretical basis and practical experience for the construction, reverse camber and deflection measurement of prefabricated beams and slabs.
