Abstract:By introducing the formation principle of reverse camber of prestressed beams and slabs, aiming at the hazards caused by reverse camber to structural safety, the necessity of controlling the reverse camber value of prefabricated beams and slabs is proposed. Through the engineering examples, the theoretical analysis and calculation are conducted on the reverse camber values induced by the weight of prefabricated beams and slabs, prestressing loss, structural self-weight and prestressing force to derive the theoretical reverse camber values at different ages of prestressing. Different testing methods are adopted to track, monitor, study and analyze the reverse camber value of prefabricated beams and slabs so as to optimize the reverse camber testing method and improve the measurement accuracy. Furthermore, the influencing factors of the differences in the reverse camber test are further analyzed and discussed, and the unfavorable factors for reducing and avoiding the reverse camber of prestressed beams and slabs are proposed, providing a scientific theoretical basis and practical experience for the construction, reverse camber and deflection measurement of prefabricated beams and slabs.
