Abstract:The incremental launching construction of curved steel box girders is a key link in the construction of overpass bridges. Especially in small-radius curve sections, its linear shape control is difficult and the synchronization accuracy requirements are high, which has a decisive impact on the quality and safety of the project. Taking the highway-railway overpass in Fuyu City as the background, the organizational design and practical implementation of incremental launching construction are studied. Through hydraulic synchronous incremental launching and full-process monitoring, combined with real-time alignment correction of incremental launching, stability control of incremental launching, safe construction across railways, temperature control, foundation settlement prevention and control and other comprehensive measures, a set of high-precision incremental launching construction scheme is formed. The engineering practice shows that this scheme can achieve the high-precision control with a girder axis deviation of 3 mm and a vertical deviation of 5 mm, which significantly reduces the railway closure time, enhances the construction efficiency, and saves the engineering cost about by 15%, providing a reliable technical reference and practical model for the construction of similar overpass bridges.
