    摘要:

    针对大纵坡柔性高墩连续梁桥墩柱易偏位问题,以江西省某高速公路高架桥为工程背景,深入分析墩柱偏位成因并提出基于二维千斤顶的纠偏施工技术,以及该类桥梁墩柱偏位预防措施。结果表明:墩柱偏位过大主要受支座滑移、温差效应、墩柱抗弯能力不足及大纵坡与横坡变换综合作用所致;通过实施应急处治、桥墩纠偏及实时监测等措施,可有效恢复偏位墩柱至设计状态。二维千斤顶纠偏技术具有施工便捷、安全可控、效益显著等优势,为柔性高墩桥梁病害处治提供了有效的技术方案与实践经验,具备良好的推广应用价值。

    Abstract:

    For the problem of easy deviation of the pier columns of large longitudinal slope flexible high-pier continuous beam bridges, taking an expressway viaduct in Jiangxi Province as the engineering background, the causes of pier column deviation are further analyzed, and a rectification construction technology based on a two-dimensional jack, and the preventive measures for the pier column deviation of this bridge are proposed. The results indicate that the excessive deviation of pier column is primarily attributed to the combined effects of support slippage, temperature difference effects, insufficient bending resistance of the pier column, and transformation between large longitudinal slope and transverse slope. By implementing the emergency treatment, pier rectification, real-time monitoring and the other measures, the offset pier column can be effectively restored to the designed state. The two-dimensional jack rectification technology has the advantages such as convenient construction, controllable safety and significant benefits, which provides the effective technical scheme and practical experience for treating the defects of flexible high-pier bridges, and has good value for promotion and application.
