    摘要:

    矩形顶管暗挖法现如今广泛应用于地下综合管廊、人行通道及车行通道等城市市政工程施工中。相比较大多数矩形顶管垂直交叉下穿道路施工,福泉路矩形顶管平行下穿福泉路道路,同时福泉路道路位于上海市市中心长宁区主要道路,行车、行人流量大,使得矩形顶管施工过程中对于道路沉降要求严格。为有效控制道路沉降量,通过使用油缸回拉装置、新型止退装置以及自动水土补偿装置技术措施,最后再结合第三方监测单位对于道路沉降监测的实时数据统计,福泉路道路沉降量控制在10 mm范围以内。

    Abstract:

    The rectangular pipe jacking method is widely used in the construction of urban municipal engineering such as underground utility tunnel, pedestrian passage and vehicle passage. Compared with the construction of most rectangular pipe jacking vertically crossing under the road, the rectangular pipe jacking of Fuquan Road runs horizontally under the road. At the same time, Fuquan Road is located in the main road of Changning District in the center of Shanghai, and the traffic and pedestrian flows are large, which makes the road settlement strictly required in the construction process of rectangular pipe jacking. In order to effectively control the road settlement, the technical measures such as cylinder pull-back devices, new anti-reverse devices and automatic soil and water compensation devices are adopted. And finally combined with the real-time data statistics of the road settlement monitoring by the third-party monitoring unit, the road settlement of Fuquan Road is controlled within 10mm.
