Abstract:To address the issue of internal force redistribution in the bottom slab of the circular water tank structure pump room in the wastewater treatment plant caused by partial renovation, taking the renovation project of sewage tank in a wastewater treatment plant in Qingdao as an example, the finite element method of overall modeling is used to systematically analyze the variation patterns of internal forces in the bottom slab under various operating conditions such as normal operation and high water level due to accidents. The results indicate that after the renovation, the internal force distribution pattern of the bottom slab has changed significantly, and reinforcement optimization needs to be carried out based on the envelope results of internal force under each operating condition, and the corresponding reinforcement measures should be taken for the original structure. During construction, the real-time monitoring and dynamic control can be adopted to ensure that the structural forces in the actual operation are consistent with the design model, thereby guaranteeing structural safety. The implementation effect of the project is good, verifying the reliability of this method and providing a reference for similar renovation projects.
