    摘要:

    为解决老城区深层地下管网建设过程中遇到的交通导行“搬不动”、地下管线“碰不得”、周边环境“扰不了”等急难问题,以减少新建竖井数量作为切入点,针对性地提出急曲线盾构成套施工工艺,从设备、材料、技术、测量4方面形成完整体系,可缓解上述难题。桃浦污水处理厂初期雨水调蓄工程TP1.4标截流总管项目(梅川路—中江路、中江路—梅岭北路、梅岭北路—兰溪路转弯段)成功运用该工艺,有效克服盾构急曲线的工程难题,实现了工期缩短、成本降低与环境扰动减小,既为老城区深层地下管网的“点”“线”“网”逐次逐层级建设提供新方法,也为市政设施建设向城市深层地下空间管网化发展提供新思路。

    Abstract:

    To address the urgent and difficult challenging encountered during the construction of deep underground pipelines in old urban areas, such as “inability to move” for traffic diversion, “inability to touch” for underground utilities, and “inability to disturb” for the surrounding environment, focusing on reducing the number of new shaft constructions, the construction process of the set of sharp curve shield is specially proposed. A complete system is formed from four aspects of equipment, materials, technologies and surveying, which can alleviate the aforementioned challenges. The technique is successfully applied to main interception pipeline of Taopu Wastewater Treatment Plant Initial Rainwater Storage Project Section TP1.4 (Meichuan Road - Zhongjiang Road, Zhongjiang Road - Meilin North Road, and Meilin North Road - Lianxi Road turning sections), effectively overcoming the difficulties associated with shield tunneling along sharp curves, and shortening the project duration, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental disruption, which not only provides a new approach for the step-by-step and layer-by-layer construction of the “points”, “lines” and “networks” of the deep underground pipe network in the old urban area, but also offers new ideas for the development of municipal facilities towards the pipe network of the deep underground space of the city.
