    为应对不停航施工条件的高标准、严要求,兼顾施工组织管理与飞行区既有交通线路通行,将项目实施对机场运行的影响降到最低,依托某大型运输机场飞行区穿越滑行道工程,系统阐述了机场飞行区穿越滑行道工程施工组织管理和技术优化措施,并针对工程具体工况,提出了机场飞行区既有交通路线保通措施。结果表明:移动式围界具有成本低、工艺简单等优点,但每次平移围界长度不宜超过120 m,适用于地势平坦、开阔、地面障碍物少的施工区域;对施工区域进行科学合理的翻交处理,并采取平交道口及移动式围界等交通路线保通措施,能兼顾施工区域进出场路线与飞行区既有交通路线的正常通行,显著提高不停航施工组织管理效率。

    Abstract:

    In response to the high standards and strict requirements of non-stop construction conditions, and taking into account the construction organization management and the existing traffic routes in the airport flight area, the impact of project implementation on airport operations is minimized. Relying on the taxiway crossing project of a large transport airport flight area, the construction organization management and technical optimization measures for the taxiway crossing project of airport flight area are systematically expounded, and aiming at the detailed engineering situation, the measures to ensure the smooth flow of existing traffic routes in the airport flight area are proposed. The results show that mobile enclosures have advantages such as low cost and simple technology, but the length of the enclosure for each translation should not exceed 120 m, which is suitable for the construction areas with flat and open terrain and few ground obstacles. The scientific and reasonable traffic transfer management is adopted in the construction area, and the measures such as at-grade crossings and mobile enclosures are taken to ensure the smooth flow of traffic routes, which can balance the normal traffic of access routes in the construction area and the existing traffic routes in the flight area, significantly improving the efficiency of non-stop construction organization management.
