Abstract:With the increasingly widespread application of cast-in-place filter plates in water purification plant projects in recent years, there are often multiple quality defects during installation and construction, which result in the overall process performance of the filter plates failing to meet design requirements, causing certain losses. Combined with the experience of multiple practical projects, through on-site inspection and measurement, data review, research, experimental testing and other means, the major quality defects of cast-in-place filter plates are sorted out and summarized commonly including the unqualified flatness of filter plates, unqualified air tightness of filter plates, and unqualified embedded filter seats. And the targeted technical measures and countermeasures are proposed. The practice of a water purification plant project in Changshu has achieved the good practical effects, providing a reference for the quality and process performance control of cast-in-place filter plates in similar water purification plants.
