    摘要:

    针对大型污水处理厂供电可靠性要求高、负荷连续性强的特点,对10 kV三电源四分段配电系统进行设计与分析。结合污水处理厂工艺负荷特性、相关设计规范及运行检修的需求,以某污水处理厂10 kV三电源四分段配电系统为工程实例,重点研究了系统供电可靠性、负荷分配原则及运行灵活性。结果表明,该配电系统可有效提升供电可靠性与运行调度灵活性,缩小故障停电范围,满足污水处理厂连续稳定的运行要求,同时降低电气设备一次投资及运维管理复杂度。研究结果可为同类污水处理厂配电系统的优化设计与安全运行提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    In view of the characteristics of high requirements for power supply reliability and strong load continuity in large-scale wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), the design and analysis on a 10 kV three-power four-segment power distribution system are conducted. Combined with the process load characteristics, relevant design codes, and operation and maintenance requirements of WWTPs, taking the 10 kV three-power four-segment power distribution system of a WWTP as an engineering example, the power supply reliability, load distribution principles and operation flexibility of the system are emphatically studied. The results show that the power distribution system can effectively improve the power supply reliability and operation scheduling flexibility, narrow the scope of power outage caused by faults, meet the requirements of continuous and stable operation of WWTPs, and reduce the one-time investment in electrical equipment as well as the complexity of operation and maintenance management, which can provide a technical reference for the optimal design and safe operation of power distribution systems in similar WWTPs.
