Abstract:To address the challenges of reconstructing the bridge impeding navigation in confined spaces, the bottlenecks in water and land transportation are eliminated. In combination with the reconstruction project of the Suzhou-Kunming-Taiyuan Expressway Bridge as a key node project on the Shanghai-Yichang Expressway (S48) crossing the Yanglintang Channel in Taicang, the key technologies and processes for segmental step-by-step incremental launching construction of steel truss girder bridges in complex confined spaces are analyzed and summarized. At the same time, based on the calculation results of the force and stability of the steel truss girder under the most unfavorable constructing conditions and the temporary support in the water with complex forces, the rationality of the scheme is verified. The feasibility of the scheme is further verified through the construction monitoring data and implementation effects, providing a reference for the reconstruction of bridges and lines in confined spaces of urban construction traffic in the future.
