随着我国城市化进程的深化与人口结构的变化，构建全龄友好、包容共享的城市环境已成为新时代城市建设的重要目标，市政道路无障碍系统作为城市公共空间的基础组成部分，其建设水平直接关系到社会公平与城市文明程度。以深圳市福强路交通与空间环境综合提升工程为典型案例，深入剖析市政道路无障碍系统从粗放建设到精细治理的转型路径，旨在为同类工程的规划、设计与实施提供可借鉴的技术参考与实践范式，助力我国市政基础设施向更高品质、更具人文关怀的方向发展。

Abstract:

With the deepening of urbanization and changes in demographic structure in China, building an all-age friendly, inclusive and shared urban environment has become a crucial goal for urban construction in the new era. As a fundamental component of urban public spaces, the quality of accessible systems on municipal roads directly impacts the social equity and the level of urban civilization. Taking the comprehensive improvement project for traffic and spatial environment on Fuqiang Road in Shenzhen as a typical case, an in-depth analysis on the transition from extensive construction to refined management of accessible systems on municipal roads is conducted. Its aim is to provide the technical references and practical paradigms for the planning, design and implementation of similar projects, which help the municipal infrastructure develop towards higher quality and more humanistic care in China
