    摘要:

    为了解决交通拥堵问题,对既有道路桥梁进行拼宽是一种较为经济、高效的改造方式。以S32公路拓宽改建项目为研究背景,对新老桥拼宽的结构连接形式和拼缝形式进行了对比分析。根据分析结果,针对S32公路现状桥梁的特点,对主线简支梁、匝道连续梁分别选用了适宜的拼宽结构和连接方式;对其中的跨高速铁路拼宽节点则进行特殊设计,通过控制新老桥位移差、采用新型桥面拼缝,可以确保行车舒适性和结构安全;另外,下部结构设计选用预制拼装工艺,实现了设计标准化、预制工厂化和施工装配化。

    Abstract:

    To alleviate traffic congestion, widening existing road bridges is a relatively economical and efficient renovation method. Taking the S32 Highway Widening and Reconstruction Project as the research background, the structural connection forms and joint types for widening new and old bridges are compared and studied. Based on the analysis results, aiming at the characteristics of the existing bridges on S32 Highway, the appropriate widening structures and connection methods are selected for the mainline simple-supported beams and ramp continuous beams. In addition, special design is carried out for the widening node across the high-speed railway. By controlling the displacement difference between the new and old bridges and adopting new-type bridge deck joints, the driving comfort and structural safety can be ensured. The prefabricated assembly process is selected for the design of substructure to achieve the standardized design, factory manufacturing and assembled construction.
