适应乌鲁木齐空间转型的快速路网规划研究

摘要:

在乌鲁木齐都市圈的建设背景下，探索适应乌鲁木齐市城市空间结构发展与交通需求增长的快速路网规划优化方案。通过对现状道路的交通特征分析，结合城市总体规划预测未来城市的发展，应用定性分析与定量预测相结合的方式，对城市未来的交通需求进行预判，提出面向城市长期发展的快速路网规划方案。 提出了“两横两纵三环多射”的快速路网远期规划方案，该路网规划能够有效支撑城市空间从“单中心带状”向“双心扇形”的结构转型，也能适应乌鲁木齐市都市圈的同城化发展需求，优化城市功能布局，提升道路交通承载与运行效率。研究成果可为相关道路规划研究与实践提供借鉴，也为乌鲁木齐市的道路交通发展提供一些思路。

Abstract:

Under the background of the construction of the Urumqi metropolitan area, an optimized planning scheme for the expressway network adapting to the development of the urban spatial structure and the growth of transportation demand in Urumqi is explored. Through the analysis on the traffic characteristics of the current roads, combined with the overall urban planning to predict the future development of the city, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative prediction is used to predict the future traffic demand of the city, and the expressway network planning scheme for the long-term development of the city is proposed. A long-term planning scheme of "two-horizontal, two-vertical and three-ring multi-shot" expressway network is proposed. The expressway network planning can effectively support the structural transformation of urban space from "single-center belt" to "double-center fan-shaped", and can also meet the development needs of urban integration in the Urumqi metropolitan area, which optimizes the urban functional layout, and improves the road traffic carrying and operation efficiency. The research results can provide reference for the research and practice of related road planning, and also provide some ideas for the development of road traffic in Urumqi.
