    摘要:

    污水处理领域经历近20年的快速发展后,部分早期建设的污水处理厂已经出现设备老化严重,维修频繁,设备效能明显下降,药耗电耗明显增加等情况,污水厂的运行安全存在隐患,同时早期建设的污水厂智慧化程度低,增加了运行管控人员的操作难度,亟待对污水处理设备进行更新升级。对污水厂进行设备更新符合国家政策导向,有助于提升污水厂运行安全与智能化水平,降低能耗及人员操作强度。结合工程实例介绍污水处理厂设备更新的设计要点,为类似污水处理设备更新设计提供借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    After nearly two decades of rapid development in the field of wastewater treatment, some early-constructed wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) have experienced severe equipment aging, frequent maintenance, significant declines in equipment efficiency, and notable increases in chemical and electricity consumption. There are potential safety hazards in the operation of WWTPs. Additionally, the level of intelligence in early-constructed WWTPs is low, which increases the operational difficulty for management and control personnel, urgently necessitating the upgrading and renewal of wastewater treatment equipment. Updating the equipment in WWTPs aligns with the national policy directives, helping to enhance the operational safety and intelligence level of WWTPs, and reduce the energy consumption and personnel operational intensity. Combined with the engineering cases, the design essentials for equipment renewal in WWTPs are introduced, providing valuable insights for the renewal design of similar wastewater treatment equipment.
