    针对城市核心区严苛建设条件下,道路改扩建工程中承担关键交通转换功能的互通立交改造难题,探索在维持既有交通基本通行、避免区域交通瘫痪的前提下,实现枢纽立交高效升级的路径与策略。以西平立交为例,在分析现状交通拥堵情况及预测远景年交通需求的基础上,从交通流构成、主路与辅路系统优化、施工期交通疏解策略以及远期预留方案等多个维度,系统探讨了复杂枢纽互通立交的改造路径与优化措施。经TransModeler软件仿真分析,改造后的枢纽立交远景年运行基本畅通,为类似城市核心区复杂互通立交的升级改造提供了可借鉴的技术思路与实践参考。

    Abstract:

    In response to the challenges in the reconstruction of interchanges that undertake the key traffic transfer functions in road expansion and reconstruction projects under the strict construction conditions of the urban core area, the paths and strategies are explored to achieve the efficient upgrading of hub interchanges under the premise of maintaining the basic flow of the existing traffic and avoiding the regional traffic paralysis. Taking Xiping Interchange as an example, and on the basis of analyzing the current traffic congestion and predicting the future annual traffic demand, the reconstruction paths and optimization measures for complex hub interchanges are systematically discussed from multiple dimensions of traffic flow composition, optimization of main and auxiliary road systems, construction-phase traffic mitigation strategies, and long-term reservation schemes. After the simulation and analysis by TransModeler software, the long-term operation of the reconstructed hub interchange is basically smooth, providing a referential technical idea and practical insights for the upgrading and reconstruction of similar complex interchanges in urban core areas.
