Abstract:In road engineering, bridge design at highway - railway crossing nodes is subject to multiple constraints, including railway operation safety, railway-related approval and the engineering objectives of the project. If there is a lack of unified standards, it is easy to cause problems such as boundary conflicts, repeated schemes, and the spillover of construction and operation risks. Taking the supporting road engineering of the Nanjing North Railway Station Integrated Passenger Transport Hub as an example, a “nine-dimensional” key technical framework is established and applied to systematically sort out the core control points, including the collaborative review mechanism, determination of railway technical standards, spatial boundary control, overall layout and system optimization, special structural strengthening, establishment of auxiliary protection system, construction impact, operational maintenance, and long-term monitoring linkage. At the same time, starting from the standard system, a reviewable, implementable and verifiable list of control items and a closed-loop management path are formed. The research results can provide references for the scheme comparison, review and connection, as well as safety protection design of similar supporting road railway-related projects of integrated hub.
