“一米高度”视角下儿童友好街区建设与策略研究

Research on Construction and Strategies of Child-Friendly Blocks from Perspective of “One-meter Height”

摘要:

儿童友好街区建设是城市高质量发展、提升宜居性与安全性的重要内容，也是保障儿童权利、促进其全面发展的关键举措。以湖北省咸宁市第七小学周边街区为例，基于“一米高度”的儿童视角，考察当地以学校周边环境改造为核心的实践探索。通过剖析当前儿童友好街区建设中存在的典型问题，总结咸宁市“171”建设模式的策略与经验，以期为国内同类城市推进儿童友好街区建设提供参考。

Abstract:

The construction of child-friendly blocks is an important content in high-quality urban development, and enhancement of livability and safety, and is also a key measure to safeguard children's rights and promote their all-round development. Taking the surrounding blocks of the Seventh Primary School in Xianning City, Hubei Province as an example, based on the perspective of children at a "one-meter height", the local practical exploration centered on the reconstruction of the surrounding environment of schools is examined. By analyzing the typical issues in the current construction of child-friendly blocks, the strategies and experiences of the "171" construction model in Xianning City are summarized, aiming to provide a reference for similar cities in China to promote the construction of child-friendly blocks.
