    摘要:

    随着城市建成区人口与岗位的逐步集聚导入,区域交通系统性矛盾日益凸显;在城市更新的背景下,如何协调高强度开发的科创综合片区与生态风貌区之间的交通关系,已成为重要的研究课题。聚焦此类片区,以杭州市余杭区五常水乡及周边片区为实证案例,采用综合规划分析、需求预测与空间设计等方法,提出“公交优先、路网优化、绿色导向”的系统性策略,并形成“轨交线位优化、车行隧道建设、道路断面改造、慢行廊桥构建”等具体方案,最终构建穿越生态敏感区的“地下车行隧道+地上慢行廊道”的立体交通组织模式。有效破解生态阻隔带来的南北向交通联系难题,为同类城市更新单元的交通系统提质增效提供可复制、可推广的技术路径。

    Abstract:

    As population and jobs gradually concentrate and flow into urban built-up areas, systemic transportation conflicts in the region have become increasingly prominent. Against the backdrop of urban renewal, how to coordinate the transportation relationship between high-intensity science and innovation comprehensive zones and ecological landscape areas has become an important research topic. Focusing on such areas, taking Wuchang Water Town and its surrounding areas in Yuhang District, Hangzhou as an empirical case, the methods such as comprehensive planning analysis, demand forecasting and spatial design are used to propose a systematic strategy of “transit priority, road network optimization, and green orientation”, and the specific schemes including “rail transit alignment optimization, vehicular tunnel construction, road cross-section renovation, and slow-traffic corridor bridge construction” are developed. Ultimately, a three-dimensional traffic organization model of “underground vehicular tunnels + ground slow-traffic corridors” that passes through ecologically sensitive areas is established, effectively solving the north-south traffic connectivity problem caused by ecological barriers, which provides a replicable and scalable technical path for improving the quality and efficiency of transportation systems in similar urban renewal units.
